The Role of the Board of Directors is to ensure all strategic and operational of the organisation are in functioning order to ensure correct, fair and ethical business practices are maintained. It also governs broad policies and objectives, that are formulated and agreed upon by the executive officer and members of the foundation. Through the intelligent management of resources and personnel the board ensures that priorities are assigned to certain areas so that the organisation’s operational capabilities and its capacity to carry out projects are met. This process is continually reviewed.
All positions are appointed by the board. The board consists of:

The role of the The Epsilon Foundation Executive team is to manage the day-to-day operations of the foundation with guidance and advice from the Board of Directors . The executive team consists of multi-disciplinarians who have a diverse range of skills and are very flexible in their management duties.
The Epsilon Foundation is adopting a different approach to common business practices. We view that management and executive duties to be as facilitators for the rest of the organisation.
All Epsilon Executives are volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors.
