Environmental Policy

The sustainability of this planet is one of significant importance, therefore the foundation has placed significant emphasis on a need for an environmental policy to be effectively in place.  Although our primary focus is the application of advance science and technology, the sustainability and conservation of the environment is taken into consideration on all our internal and external projects.  The foundation is committed to minimising its own ecological footprint by pursuing environmental issues with the best practices.

Through a process of continual improvement and intelligent management of resources the foundation aims  to lead the scientific community with a quantum leap of thinking through the application of the scientific method into the way we do business.

Through the intelligent and strict environmental management polices the foundation aims to:

• conduct an environmental risk assessment through proper planning and management of environmental impact before any project or activity is conducted,
• continually identify and review any environment impacts during and after project developments,
• educate and train staff in environment management and provide training packages for facilitators,
• incorporate environmental management considerations into our core business plans and management practices, including the preparation, fit-out and ongoing operation of accommodation arrangements,
• actively monitor and report on our environmental performance to the community,
• maximise the use of environmentally sound products, develop and enhance waste management systems that would cause the least amount of impact to our ecological systems.
