The Epsilon Foundation’s Department of Human Resources is responsible for processing of all new applicants, recruiting and the management of our members.  Applications are open to Australian residents.  International applicants can apply for the research analyst position only at this stage.

What is the process?

1. Complete the Volunteer Application Form (dynamic PDF)

2. Fill out the Online Volunteer Form

3. You must attach to the upload component on Online Volunteer Form

• a copy of your drivers license or equivalent (scanned or certified)
• passport sized photo
• a CV
• criminal background check form and
• Volunteer Application Form

4. Once your application has been recieved by a recruiting officer you will receive a confirmation email.

The application process is set in a logical sequence in order for the application to be processed as quick as possible.

Processing normally takes 14 days, however please allow up to 28 days before your application can be full processed.  If you have not heard anything within those time frames,  contact  the recruiting cell on (07) 3173 1419 or recruiting@epsilonfoundation.com.au to check on the status of your application.

Once your application has been approved you will be placed on a 3 month probationary period of which your integrity and professionalism will be under constant scrutiny.  This is to ensure that you are the kind of person we want to have in our organisation and that you can be entrusted to maintain and uphold the integrity of the Epsilon Foundation.

If you applicatoin has not been approved it will be due to the following reasons:

• you were dishonest and provided misleading information in your application
• you did not declare any criminal history
• you did not declare any conviction and/or ongoing investigations
• your integrity was doubtful

If you feel that your application has not been given a satifactory review, you may reapply.  If once again your application has not been approved, you cannot reapply for another 6 months.
